Risotto is comfort food. Making the perfect risotto – flavorful, creamy and toothsome – is a skill easily acquired with some practice. Get into the Farmhouse Kitchen with Chef Mike to learn about the importance of mise en place in a dish like risotto. We will get hands on prepping all our autumnal ingredients, learn the secrets of proper risotto rice, and the techniques in getting the right consistency and texture in the finished dish.
