From gluten free, to protein forward vegetables, and nutrient dense spices — the menus reflect a spectrum of Asian cultures and cooking techniques. No class or menu is strictly vegetarian or vegan. The focus is on cooking with whole foods, and eating well with variety and good nutrition.
