Chef Junnie Lai taps into her Asian roots and expansive culinary knowledge to offer a range of health conscious cooking classes. From gluten free, to protein forward vegetables, and nutrient dense spices — the menus reflect a spectrum of Asian cultures and cooking techniques. No class or menu is strictly vegetarian or vegan. The focus is on cooking with whole foods, and eating well with variety and good nutrition.

Junnie’s recipes eliminate the excess fat, sodium, and sugar — yet, these dishes are still packed with flavor.
