Luscious cranberry rum sauce

A holiday season favorite, perfect for gifts of the season, this uniquely flavored condiment is wonderful with scones, muffins or English muffins. Don’t save it just for tea or dessert. It also makes a deliciously different accompaniment for poultry, pork or ham.

Water bath canning preservation method will be taught. Class is hands on for participants. Please bring a small bag or box to take a jar home (product will be hot).
