Royal icing techniques for Earth Day cookies

Kids in the Kitchen is back, and this Earth Day themed class is a fun one! We’ll be teaching the basics of cookie decorating working with royal icing. Participants will learn how to make royal icing and how to prepare cookies for decoration. Amanda will begin with the basics of edging and flooding icings to create a base then we’ll make marble swirls of blue and green to resemble the earth.

This class is designed as a drop off class, however each child’s ticket includes on supervising adult if you are more comfortable staying with your child.
