Fish on the Fly

Imagine – you’re standing in front of the fish counter at the grocery store with no idea what you’re cooking for dinner, except that it has to be fast and easy.  In this class, Mike Maffei will show you how to turn this scene into a “no-brainer.” We’ll look for what’s best and most fresh at the fish counter on the day of the class and bring it back to the kitchen to create some simple and fast recipes – and round out the meal with some sides and embellishments.
