Lasagna is a very versatile dish and there are many home variations. Do you use bechamel between the layers like the Bolognese? Do you use cottage cheese instead of ricotta? Do you smear your cheese layer or dollop? We will discuss all the ways folks make lasagna at home while we make our noodles from scratch, then everyone will assemble a personal-sized lasagna for home. We will taste a finished fresh pasta lasagna together at the end of class.
