Homemade Chocolate Sorbet

In midsummer who doesn’t love a dish of ice cream? There are so many frozen variations so in this session, we learn the differences between ice cream, sherbet, gelato and sorbet. You will get hands on making a rich chocolate sorbet to bring home. During class, participants will enjoy some other frozen desserts for comparison. We’ll discuss whether equipment is needed and what types of recipes can be made at home without an ice cream maker or fancy gadgets.
