Transplanting from indoor to outdoor

It’s time to move from indoor to outdoor and everything that goes with that shift in light, temperature and moisture. We’ll be hands on transplanting mature seedlings into the Agriculture Center’s Demonstration plot learning about planting with intention, giving plants the appropriate care, space, and nutrition.

Discuss the potential hazards of growing outdoors and learn techniques to produce high yields in our demonstration plot, or in your backyard or windowsill. You will go home with the information and tools to move your own seedlings from indoors to the big outside world.
