Budino is the Italian answer to pudding with their own custardy spin on it. A traditional budino often includes a crunchy cookie layer. Working with Chef Mike of traveling Chef, we will go through the tips to getting the right texture and then work on our amaretti cookie layer. This class is hands on and we will take what we make in class.
