Lamb & Couscous

Local Lamb and hand-made Couscous with Chefs Junnie Lai and Jolynn Deloach
The class will begin with Jolynnn Deloach (from In My Grandmother’s Kitchen) teaching a hands-on lesson in making couscous from scratch. While the couscous steams, Chef Junnie will assemble a menu featuring local farm lamb from Little Hooves Romney.
