Joine Alene Brennan, a nutrition coach and chef – and one of our newest instructors – as we uncover the healing powers of food. Alene will highlight the health benefits of seasonal produce and discuss the importance of eating local. During this session, we will discuss starchy root vegetables and why they should be eaten as the season changes from fall to winter.
