Anyone can buy a jar of relish or mayo. Making everyday condiments from scratch amps up the flavor and texture of your condiments and ultimately the food you serve them with. In this class, you will learn to make zucchini relish, quick pickled onions, mayo from scratch (along with its elevated cousin, aioli) and put together a jar of hot pepper sauce to ferment and enjoy at home.
