Ceviche is a delicious, citrusy fresh seafood dish considered to be the national dish of Peru. Traditionally, a combination of fresh seafood and fish is “cooked” in lime juice. Different vegetables and spices are added to create a light, summery appetizer. Working with Chef Tamara, we’ll talk about specific techniques and offer tips for how to cook fish with acid and how to pair flavors, so you can create your own citrusy ceviche to take home.
