Join Cara Griffin in creating a variety of easy meals for a weekly meal-prep that is anything but boring – because eating the same thing everyday can be dull! Learn how to make a week’s worth of lunches by mixing and matching the same ingredients to make different meals – such as a salad, a soup, a wrap or a grain bowl! At the end of class, you will get to taste everything. You can even try and make your own combinations. You’ll also be leaving with a shopping list and preparation directions to go home with.
