When its blustery outside and the evenings are long, sometimes we just want soothing comfort food. In this class we will prepare a lighter version of a classic stew using traditional holiday vegetables that will warm your soul on a cold, gloomy night. We’ll touch on proteins that can be added if you wanted to “beef” things up. Bring a container to take home the leftovers!
