This recipe is full of chopped rhubarb, raisins, and orange juice and seasoned with ginger, all spice, and curry, so every bite is sure to be packed with flavor. Try this chutney with some curried vegetables and papadum or as an addition to a charcuterie platter.

You will learn how to build a beautiful, flavor-rich charcuterie board using a variety of meats, cheeses, fruits, nuts and other accompaniments (specifically your freshly made chutney). Basics of water bath canning will be taught as a preserving method.  Participants will take home a jar of their creation.  Product will be hot, please bring something to carry it home while keeping it safely upright.
