Pasta Demo & Dinner Series: Pasta 101

Cooking Class with Jolynn Deloach. 

 

The foundation — Sfolglia (“sfo-lee-ah,” meaning “sheet”), native to Emilia Romagna, it refers to hand rolled fresh egg pasta. Each class in the series will feature a detailed demonstration and discussion of the themed pasta dish followed by a 3-course dinner.
