Plant-Based Series: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner

Let’s welcome a new instructor to the Farmhouse Kitchen! Patrice has been teaching plant-based cooking to adults and kids in local communities for the past 5 years with an approach based on eating local, seasonal, organic whole foods. Her aim is to bust the myth that plant-based cooking is tasteless and boring. In her classes you’ll learn to create well-balanced, nutritious, and delicious plant-based meals.  Each class will include a cooking demonstration, recipes, and a discussion on eating a healthy plant-based diet.
