Join us in The Farmstead Kitchen at the tasting table for an evening of Italian Cheeses.
We will be tasting four Italian cheeses with an accompaniment, and discuss styles, how they are made, what to look for and what we taste. There will be some discussion of Italian regional cheese culture along with suggested pairings. Beverage pairings will be covered.
