A Versatile Holiday Menu – Demo Class and 4-Course Meal

Add to your holiday repertoire with a menu full of fresh seasonal ingredients . . . from Thanksgiving to New Years — these recipes will bring The Holidays to any table.

Seating is limited for this class so that everyone will have a good view from around the cooking island, and Junnie can interact with students while she prepares her holiday menu. The class will sit down to dinner after the demonstration.

Chicken & Herbs Spanakopita

Junnie Lai is a chef who uses her talents and creativity to make beautiful, delicious and health-conscious food. Her recipes are uniquely flavorful, and her recent classes on cooking with local lamb, and the “Everything Pumpkin” baking class are testament to her terrific culinary skills. Born and raised in Malaysia, Junnie grew up in her family’s baking business, and has extensive experience in baking and pastry. She continued her education and training in the United States, and has worked in the US as a research chef in food product development.
