The Steamy World of Pate a Choux II
Have you always wanted to make your own cream puffs and eclairs? Here’s your opportunity. Enter the steamy world of choux pastry! Join Pastry Chef Larkins in the Farmhouse Kitchen for three weeks learning to make and shape puff pastry dough and make fillings to create cream puffs, eclairs, gougere (savory cheese puff dough), and profiteroles. Puff pastries can be quite challenging to make and each of our three sessions builds on the skills of the last.
This is a 3-session classroom series and you will need to register for all sessions. Session III is June 9.
