It’s Specca Farm’s last day with us. Stop by for their sweet, local strawberries and fava beans, along with beets, greens, maybe some asparagus and squash.
Strawberries are just getting started at Pinelands Produce. They’ll also have assorted microgreens, lettuces, assorted kales, chard, radishes, green onions, assorted veggie, herb and flower plants, along with assorted fresh and cut herbs.
Peas are in at Durr’s Blue Box Produce ~ Sugar snap peas and English peas, along with broccolini, purple broccolini, lettuces, radishes, kale, zucchini, yellow squash, scallions, possibly baby onions, cut flowers and beets of gold and red.
Homebody Farm debuts on Saturday. Find them on the walkway, and check out their no-spray mustard green varieties, their limited edible flowers and herbs.
Louis Organics is very proud of their olive oil’s recognition for flavor and quality at several major international trade shows. Their olive oils are Certified Organic and Kosher and excellent for cooking, salads, dipping and baking. Make sure you stop by their tent on Saturday and do some tasting.
