DESCRIPTION:Our Easy Breezy Weekday Dinners series shows off recipes that are simple to make but delicious enough for a party crowd. \nA new twist on the classic pork and apples! We’ll be making a plum salsa to complement pan-seared pork chops which will be served over a warm vegetable and farro salad. This is a very flexible recipe so we will talk about ingredient substitutions\, seasonal vegetables and how to cook farro to perfection. We’ll enjoy this meal together in class but bring containers for any leftovers.
