Working with Chef Mike\, you will make your wrappers\, filling and Ponzu dipping sauce from scratch. Get hands on making and proofing dough\, then get some pro tips on rolling out your dough to create the perfect crust. Each person will get a 5oz dough ball\, and all the ingredients to make an individual margherita pizza from scratch. We will bake our pizzas together in class and enjoy the flavors of summer together.
