Instructions
In a small bowl add 1/4 cup tarragon vinegar, 1 tbs dijon, 1/2 tsp sugar, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/4 cup oil and 1 lemon zested and juiced.
Mix together and slowly add the oil.
Mix in radishes and let marinate for at least 10 minutes.
