Pickled Radishes

A quick summer pickle for a tasty and fresh bite for your next meal

Ingredients
  

  • 3 radishes sliced thinly
  • 1/4 cup tarragon vinegar
  • 1 tbs dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1 lemon zested and juiced

Instructions
 

  • In a small bowl add 1/4 cup tarragon vinegar, 1 tbs dijon, 1/2 tsp sugar, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/4 cup oil and 1 lemon zested and juiced.
  • Mix together and slowly add the oil.
  • Mix in radishes and let marinate for at least 10 minutes.
