Ingredients
- 3 radishes sliced thinly
- 1/4 cup tarragon vinegar
- 1 tbs dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1 lemon zested and juiced
Instructions
- In a small bowl add 1/4 cup tarragon vinegar, 1 tbs dijon, 1/2 tsp sugar, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/4 cup oil and 1 lemon zested and juiced.
- Mix together and slowly add the oil.
- Mix in radishes and let marinate for at least 10 minutes.
