Apple Slaw

A cool, crunchy summer to fall salad.

  • 3/4 cups fat free Greek Yogurt If possible, use Fage as it has less additives
  • 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup Honey
  • 2 Tbsp Apple Cider


  • 6-7 cups Shredded Cabbage approx. 1 small cabbage
  • 1 1/2 cups Carrots, cut into matchsticks.
  • 3 cups Gala Apples, cut into matchsticks. approx. 2 large apples
  • 1/2 cup Sliced Green Onions
  • 3/4 cups Sliced or Slivered Almonds toasted for extra credit!
  • 3/4 cups Dried Cranberries



  • Mix all your ingredients in a large measuring cup and whisk thoroughly.
  • Add salt and pepper to taste.


  • Combine all slaw ingredients (except the nuts) in a large bowls and mix thoroughly to distribute well.
  • Pour your dressing over the slaw and toss to combine thoroughly.
  • Add your toasted nuts jsut before serving and toss well.
