Basic Fresh Pasta

Yields one lb of pasta

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups All Purpose Flour
  • 2 large eggs beaten
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 3 TBS cold water

Instructions
 

  • Put flour in a large bowl.
  • Mix eggs, salt, oil and water in measuring cup.
  • Make a well in the flour and slowly pour in your liquid ingredients.
  • Mix together with a fork until dough is coming together.
  • *If it is very wet add flour 1 tablespoon at a time. If it is too dry add water 1 teaspoon at a time.
  • When the dough has come together like a ball wrap the dough in plastic and let rest for 30 min.
  • After dough has rested you can cut our shape into the type of pasta you need for your recipe.
