Basic Fresh Pasta
Yields one lb of pasta

Ingredients
- 2 cups All Purpose Flour
- 2 large eggs beaten
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3 TBS cold water
Instructions
- Put flour in a large bowl.
- Mix eggs, salt, oil and water in measuring cup.
- Make a well in the flour and slowly pour in your liquid ingredients.
- Mix together with a fork until dough is coming together.
- *If it is very wet add flour 1 tablespoon at a time. If it is too dry add water 1 teaspoon at a time.
- When the dough has come together like a ball wrap the dough in plastic and let rest for 30 min.
- After dough has rested you can cut our shape into the type of pasta you need for your recipe.
