Corn Ribs in Coconut Cream Sauce

Ingredients
  

  • 2 ears of corn cut into rib shapes
  • 1 cup coconut cream
  • 1 tsp mushroom powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1-2 cloves garlic minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1-2 tbsp olive oil for pan roasting

Instructions
 

  • Preheat a pan over medium-high heat with olive oil.
  • Season the corn ribs with mushroom powder, onion powder, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  • Pan-roast the corn ribs until golden on all sides, about 8–10 minutes.
  • In a small saucepan, warm coconut cream and adjust seasoning with salt, pepper, and a pinch more mushroom powder if desired.
  • Pour the coconut cream sauce over the roasted corn ribs and serve warm.
