Ingredients
- 2 ears of corn cut into rib shapes
- 1 cup coconut cream
- 1 tsp mushroom powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1-2 cloves garlic minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1-2 tbsp olive oil for pan roasting
Instructions
- Preheat a pan over medium-high heat with olive oil.
- Season the corn ribs with mushroom powder, onion powder, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Pan-roast the corn ribs until golden on all sides, about 8–10 minutes.
- In a small saucepan, warm coconut cream and adjust seasoning with salt, pepper, and a pinch more mushroom powder if desired.
- Pour the coconut cream sauce over the roasted corn ribs and serve warm.
