Davia's French Apple Tart

Ingredients
- 4-5 Apples sliced
- 120 g Butter soft
- 80 g Sugar
- 150 g Almond Flour
- 2 Eggs
- ½ tsp Salt
- Optional: Apricot Jam and Sliced Almonds
Instructions
- Prep Almond Cream: Beat soft butter, sugar, and salt until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time. Stir in almond flour.
- Assemble Tart: Preheat oven to 390°F (355°F convection). Spread almond cream over tart base.
- Add Apples: Peel, core, and thinly slice apples. Fan and arrange over almond cream.
- Bake: Place tart in the lower third of oven. Bake for 30–35 min.
- Optional Finish: Brush with warm apricot jam and sprinkle with toasted almonds. Let cool slightly.
