Davia's French Apple Tart

A classic dessert to impress!

Ingredients
  

  • 4-5 Apples sliced
  • 120 g Butter soft
  • 80 g Sugar
  • 150 g Almond Flour
  • 2 Eggs
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • Optional: Apricot Jam and Sliced Almonds

Instructions
 

  • Prep Almond Cream: Beat soft butter, sugar, and salt until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time. Stir in almond flour.
  • Assemble Tart: Preheat oven to 390°F (355°F convection). Spread almond cream over tart base.
  • Add Apples: Peel, core, and thinly slice apples. Fan and arrange over almond cream.
  • Bake: Place tart in the lower third of oven. Bake for 30–35 min.
  • Optional Finish: Brush with warm apricot jam and sprinkle with toasted almonds. Let cool slightly.
