Davia's Lemon Tart

Light and citrusy, perfect dessert for spring and fall.

Ingredients
  

Lemon Tart Filling

  • 3 Eggs
  • 150 g Sugar
  • 100 g Almond Flour
  • 6 tbsp Lemon Juice fresh squeezed
  • 1 Lemon, zested
  • 100 g Butter melted

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F
  • Whisk eggs, sugar,
  • Slowly fold in almond flour.
  • Add lemon juice, and zest.
  • Stir in melted butter. Mix gently.
  • Pour into pre-baked tart crust.
  • Bake for 30–40 min until set. Cool completely before serving.
