Ingredients
Lemon Tart Filling
- 3 Eggs
- 150 g Sugar
- 100 g Almond Flour
- 6 tbsp Lemon Juice fresh squeezed
- 1 Lemon, zested
- 100 g Butter melted

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F
- Whisk eggs, sugar,
- Slowly fold in almond flour.
- Add lemon juice, and zest.
- Stir in melted butter. Mix gently.
- Pour into pre-baked tart crust.
- Bake for 30–40 min until set. Cool completely before serving.
