Notes

Fire Cider is a potent folk remedy used as a tonic to boost the immune system, digestion, work as an anti-inflammatory, and more. Most folks take one or two teaspoons of fire cider each day as a tonic to help prevent colds, flu and improve gut health.
Fire Cider recipes are flexible and can be shifted based on your palate. Feel free to add other herbs and edible flowers, based on preference. Allow your fire cider time to steep to get the most benefit.
*Fire cider should taste hot, spicy and sweet. Some people use their fire cider in salad dressings and hot toddies.
