Ingredients
- 2 cans Garbanzo Beans
- ½ tsp Dark Chili Powder
- ½ tsp Smoked Paprika
- 1 tsp Onion Powder
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- Salt & Pepper
- 2 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 Egg
- ½ c Flour
- ½ c Bread Crumbs
- ½ c Kimchi roughly chopped
Instructions
- Drain chickpeas and set half aside.
- Finely chop kimchi.
- Combine half of the chickpeas, cider vinegar, kimchi, all spices, and egg. Mix until chunky.
- Smash the remaining chickpeas until fairly smooth. Add to mixture.
- Add flour and bread crumbs. Combine until fully incorporated.
- Divide into 5.5oz patties.
Notes
Once you are comfortable with the process, change the recipe up: use different beans, alternative spices! Make a black bean version with cumin and chili powder!
