Buds and Botanicals is a fresh cut flower farm that started in 2020 in Nicole’s mom’s backyard. After Nicole’s Dad passed away from an aggressive form of cancer, she decided to turn her hobby into a business to stay busy and keep her mind off of the bad things going on in her life. Fast forward a few years and she got a job at a wholesale greenhouse where Nicole was the head grower in charge of 10 acres of flowering annuals. Here is where Nicole gained experience and met her partner, Tom.
Buds and Botanicals has since expanded and is at an official plot located in Tabernacle NJ. With the help of their dogs Barney and Clyde, Buds and Botanicals is a two-person two-dog team! They specialize in growing heirloom and hard to find cut flowers, not your basic sunflowers and zinnias. Nicole also sells wholesale to floral designers and designs her own specialty wedding and events during the season.
