“My recipes are inspired from memories of the Grange farm fair in Bucks County PA (where I grew up as an avid 4Her) As a kid I loved sampling the blue ribbon winners, and heirloom handed down recipes. As a baker and homesteader, it is pure joy to create something homemade and delicious made from whole ingredients and seasonal fruits.”
“My signature buttermilk muffins and breads are packed with fruit, vanilla and cinnamon. The Great granola bar is loaded with powerhouse nutrition (oats, chia, peanut butter, and dried fruit). I make delicious seasonal scones, a variety of jumbo cookies and not just chocolate chip! (The recipes you grew up on: oatmeal raisin, molasses crinkle, peanut butter, snickerdoodle, chocolate chocolate chip). I also enjoy baking seasonal creative cookies, (think: pumpkin, cranberry orange, shortbread, chocolate with peppermint). I embrace seasonal summer flavors such as lemon blueberry, strawberry, peach (in the spring and summer), apple bars, pumpkin anything (in the fall) and cookie bars (blondies with or without chocolate, and “not your mother’s boxed brownies”).!
