Hoja Farm
Jeff will be bringing his Medford-grown microgreens to the market this season.

Jeff Wirth of Hoja Farm grows delicious, nutrient-dense microgreens in an indoor, climate-controlled environment in Medford, NJ. All varieties grown are herbicide and pesticide free, and are seeded in a buffered coconut coir growing media. In addition to cutting them live to sell at the Burlington County Agricultural Center’s Farmers Market, Hoja Farm microgreens can be found at various independent restaurants, cafes, and other food service establishments in the Burlington County area.
