Liam & Gaby, first-generation farmers, operate a sustainable practice providing vegetables, herbs, and cut flowers. With a handful of seasons’ experience and a dedication to eating delicious vegetables, they started growing on a half-acre leased at the Burlington County Agricultural Center in Moorestown, NJ.
In 2023, their operations expanded to their new farm in Chesterfield, NJ on a 7-acre former horse boarding facility. They use sustainable and regenerative farming practices and are 100% transparent about their growing methods. They use OMRI Approved fertilizers and pest control. In 2022, their first half acre was completely spray-free. However, their growing techniques will adapt to pests as needed.
