Mairi’s Cookie Company is a small-batch, gourmet cookie bakery based in Medford Lakes, NJ. I create cookies with innovative twists on classic favorites! I started baking while a barista at a local Medford coffee shop and, after rave reviews from customers, decided to start my own small business! My goal is to bake delicious cookies with bold flavors and perfect textures. My popular cookie flavors include my OG Chocolate Chip (the best chocolate chip cookie), Double Chocolate Espresso, Pistachio White Chocolate, Lemon Lavender, Gimme S’more, and more! I am excited to see where this sweet journey takes me!
