As the owner and baker, I’m passionate about delivering high-quality, delicious breads& desserts that transport you to the heart of Germany. Alongside my bakery, I also run a food blog where I share cherished German recipes and offer baking classes to help others discover the joy of baking. Originally from Germany, I moved to America at 14, carrying with me a deep love for baking that I inherited from my grandmother. My mission is simple: to share authentic German baking with everyone, educate others about health and wellness, and create delicious treats using less sugar, unbleached, non-bromated flours, with a focus on more fruit and high-quality grains.
