Settantatré Pasta was started by Matt and Genna Gentile. Years ago, Genna was diagnosed with Celiac disease. Married to a devoted chef and pasta addict and both being Italian, this was a tragedy at first. It has now led them to being the Philadelphia area’s premium gluten free-pasta company. Settantatré is a pasta company born from the idea everyone should enjoy fresh handmade pasta. Chef Matt worked in various Philadelphia kitchens including Panorama, Parc, Lacroix and Ela honing his skills as a chef. Their pasta was also featured in the Philadelphia Inquirer by Craig Laban as some of the best gluten free pasta he has ever tasted.
