An untrained chef brought me into existence, and I flourished from that moment.

I was the best accidental food experiment food could offer. A flavor so profound and fulfilling that indulged my palette in the utmost tasteful experience. It was not a taste for everyone though. 

That’s why I had pretty rough beginnings. 

I actually spent most of my life ignored, untouched, or even thrown away. My darkness kept people away, wary of my existence, sometimes even completely cut out. I always fought to prove myself in the culinary world. 

Then came the wave of sophisticated culinary aficionados who celebrated me as their most predominant and sophisticated offering. They empowered my unique robust and earthy flavor to the fullest, paving the way to elite stardom, even on Michelin-starred menus. 

After all those years of suffering on the sideline, I am now the hero of unique flavors–an epitome that master chefs have a fine line of getting just right. 

A couple of seconds too far and I’m completely inedible, a couple of seconds too short and I taste like everyone else. 

I am that fine line of greatness, and I am taking over center stage where my existence prevails and my virtuality shines.
