The Granola Bar is a Princeton-based business that provides freshly baked granola to communities across central New Jersey through our stand at your local farmer’s market. I make the granola, using my twenty years of experience as a pastry chef to create granola flavor combinations that delight the senses. The Granola Bar prides itself on using local organic oats as the main ingredient, to create a product without glyphosates, with a minimal carbon footprint, and with plenty of delicious granola taste.
