Black Forest Cake Workshop

Learn to bake one of Germany’s most beloved desserts – the Black Forest Cake (Schwartzwalder Kirschtorte). In this hands-on class, you will create a light and airy cocoa sponge cake layered with a rich sour cherry filling, a touch of cherry liquor, and fluffy whipped cream. Each participant will take home their own beautifully decorated 6-inch Black Forest cake to share (or keep all to yourself).
