Learn how to make a few of the Chef’s favorite dishes with a fusion of African and Indian flavors from her family traditions. First, we’ll make Sweet Corn Curry with a sweet, spicy, creamy sauce. Then Farari Curry, a potato curry with peanuts and chili in a thick tomato-based sauce eaten with crispy toppings and garnishes. We’ll also tackle refreshing saffron milkshakes to enjoy with our meal.
