Also known as candied jalapenos, this is a great pantry item to have on hand to add a that certain spicy sweetness to dips, appetizers, and charcuterie boards. We will be teaching you water bath canning as a way to preserve your Cowboy candy for home and for gifts. This is a great way to preserve and store an overstock of fresh ripe jalapeños.
