Learn the ancient art of lacto-fermentation, tackling salt to veg ratios to ensure a safe, crisp and delicious outcome. You will create your own small batch sauerkraut and fermented pickles to take home, gaining the confidence to start your own fermentation journey. Bring a container for leftovers!
