Green Teams’ Repair Cafe

Toss it away? No Way!

The Green Teams of Burlington County are offering a Repair Cafe on Sunday, September 11th between 1pm and 4pm at the Burlington County Agricultural Center’s Market Barn.

What is a repair cafe? An opportunity for us to mend, fix and repair items we own that still have some life left in them. Why thrown away and rebuy when you can repair and reuse? Save money and save resources.

Repair Coaches from the local area will be on hand to help with:

• Jewelry repairs
• Guitar repairs
• Darning and Sewing repairs
• Computer and small appliance repairs
• Upholstery coaching and small project repairs
• Woodworking coaching for furniture repairs
• Bicycle repairs
• and maybe more! (We’ll announce as we grow.)

Repairs and time with the coaches is free to the community. There will be a registration sheet and Cafe Docents to help everyone through the process. Contact your local green team with questions.

Registration is NOT REQUIRED for this community event.
