Holiday Shortbread Techniques

Shortbread is a holiday classic! Apron up with Chef Kathy and make classic Scottish shortbread dough. You will be able to cut into cookies and stamp or do the traditional square pan. While the shortbread is baking and cooling, we’ll make a flavored cream, perfect for dipping shortbread cookies. You will be able to tailor your shortbread dough and your mascarpone cream from our flavor bar to create your favorite combo. Then package your cookies and cream to enjoy at home.
