Let’s get hands-on making two types of Indian breads – wheat Rotli and wheat Paratha. Chef Chetna will guide us through all the steps. Rotli is a flatbread that is hand rolled thin and cooked on open flame. Paratha is a thick buttery bread that is pan fried until crispy. We’ll taste what we make, and you will take dough away to practice at home.
