Kitchen Superpowers: Knife Skills

Learn proper techniques and safe knife skills from a trained chef. Join Chef Mike in the Farmhouse Kitchen for a combination of hands-on and demonstration of proper use of your chef’s knife, your paring knife, the Santoku or vegetable knife, boning knife, slicing knife and cleaver. You will practice making classic French cuts like julienne, brunoise, coins, battonets and batons. We practice proper handling and uses of these knife types.
